Key Responsibilities
- Lead the affiliate strategy, focusing on recruitment, activation, optimization, and retention of partners
- Own revenue and ROI targets for the affiliate channel and create plans to exceed them
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with affiliates, publishers, and influencers
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in affiliate or performance marketing, preferably with lead generation or DTC brands
- Proven success in managing large-scale affiliate programs and driving significant revenue
- Deep understanding of affiliate networks and performance metrics
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills within the affiliate space
