Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of marketing experience with 3-5 years in a senior leadership role
- Proven success in driving foot traffic to brick-and-mortar locations
- Strong command of both digital and traditional marketing strategies
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus
