Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Marketing Technology to lead the strategic direction and management of their marketing technology ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a MarTech strategy aligned with marketing and business goals
- Lead the design of a secure, integrated MarTech architecture including CRM, CDPs, marketing automation, and analytics platforms
- Establish governance processes and standards for data privacy, compliance, and technology use
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of overall experience with 5+ years in marketing technology leadership for a large organization
- Background in software development or engineering
- Experience with platforms such as Adobe Experience Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics, Marketo/Eloqua, and CDPs
- Strong understanding of marketing data, integration, and compliance
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
