A company is looking for a Director of Organizational Strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide thought leadership and advisory support on organization strategy and talent strategy
- Lead cross-functional programs from ideation to delivery, ensuring clear outcomes and milestones
- Conduct analyses, manage change, and develop communication strategies for program execution
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Business Administration or related field AND 4+ years of relevant experience, OR Bachelor's Degree in a related field AND 6+ years of relevant experience
- 2+ years of experience in organization strategy and/or design
- Experience in conducting quantitative analysis and building quantitative models
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in complex situations
- Demonstrated experience in developing written documents and delivering presentations
