Job Summary
A company is looking for a Specialist in Strategy & Portfolio Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage portfolio governance processes, including planning and facilitating monthly meetings
- Manage all project- and portfolio-related communications, ensuring visibility and alignment
- Support and enhance the internal Program Increment (PI) planning process on a quarterly basis
Required Qualifications
- Doctorate degree OR Master's degree with 2 years of relevant experience OR Bachelor's degree with 4 years of relevant experience OR Associate's degree with 8 years of relevant experience OR High school diploma/GED with 10 years of relevant experience
- Demonstrated ability to manage strategy-level portfolio operations
- Proven track record in driving alignment and visibility across a portfolio of programs or initiatives
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Professional certifications such as Agile Certified Practitioner or Certified Project Manager are preferred
