Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 11+ years of relevant experience at a Director or Executive Director level
• 9+ years of technical experience in telecommunications, particularly in product development
• Strong proficiency in Confluence, JIRA, and sprint capacity management
• Experience in financial analysis and vendor procurement to ensure financial viability of solutions
• Proven leadership experience managing teams and driving change
