Director of Product Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Product Management to lead and shape the strategic direction of their personalization platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute product strategy aligned with company vision and business goals
• Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of product managers
• Drive the full product lifecycle from ideation to development, launch, and iteration

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 8-10+ years of product management experience, with 3-5 years in a leadership role
• Experience in SaaS, retail tech, Martech, or e-commerce preferred
• Deep understanding of agile development and product frameworks
• Proven success leading product strategy and managing multiple product lines
