Key Responsibilities

• Direct staff in analytics and proposal development to support sales and client business development

• Collaborate across departments to enhance proposal effectiveness and customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Marketing, or English; Master's Degree preferred
• Minimum 10 years of experience in proposal development or sales support within a managed care organization
• At least 7 years of management experience, preferably in a sales proposal environment
• Knowledge of RFP language and the company's products and market trends
• Familiarity with databases like GeoAccess is desired
