Key Responsibilities
- Set strategy for scalable and profitable delivery of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) services while meeting industry KPIs
- Lead a team of nearly 200 associates, managing performance, staffing levels, and service quality
- Develop partnerships across various teams to drive innovation and ensure world-class service delivery
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 8+ years of experience in leading RCM operations
- 8+ years of progressive people leadership experience, including 3+ years in a senior management role
- Experience in a contact center or back-office environment focused on client-centric success metrics preferred
- Data-driven with strong skills in Excel and knowledge of Tableau or PowerBI
