Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Revenue Excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of all Revenue Cycle and Payer Relations & Contracting reporting, project management, training, and vendor management
• Develop and maintain onboarding programs and training for Revenue Cycle and Payer Relations & Contracting
• Monitor and identify training opportunities to support operational improvements within the Revenue Cycle team

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, Business, or related field
• 7+ years of operations and leadership experience
• 3+ years of direct supervisory experience
• Experience with reporting tools such as Tableau or PowerBI
