Required Qualifications
- 10+ years in operations roles supporting revenue-focused teams with increasing responsibility
- Prior consulting experience with enterprise clients
- Deep understanding of marketing and sales technologies, including marketing automation and CRM systems
- Experience defining KPIs and building reporting frameworks that connect activities to business outcomes
- Strong process design skills and ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments
