A company is looking for a Senior Operations Manager, Strategy & Insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the strategy cadence for Customer Ops, defining objectives and tracking progress against KPIs
- Lead cross-functional projects to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency across Claims, Underwriting, and CX
- Develop and execute a vendor strategy to maximize value through selection, onboarding, and relationship management
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or program management in tech/SaaS or high-growth environments
- Proven success in leading complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Fluency with data, including SQL/BI tools and financial modeling
- BA Degree in Analytics or a related field
- Passion for AI-driven automation and operational innovation
