Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Revenue Operations to lead and optimize revenue initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of scalable go-to-market processes
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Manage the selection and optimization of Revenue Operations tools and software
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Operations, CX & Strategy, preferably in the software/technology industry
- Strong financial acumen and understanding
- Experience with Salesforce and integrations with third-party apps and ERP
- BA/BS in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or related field required
- Strong team leadership skills to grow and scale the GTM Operations organization
