Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Revenue Operations to build and lead a world-class RevOps function.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end revenue operations function, including CRM integrity, reporting and analytics, deal desk operations, and tool governance
- Design and implement scalable processes to support a rapidly expanding GTM organization
- Partner with various teams to ensure operational alignment and deliver proactive recommendations based on data trends
Required Qualifications
- 5-8+ years in revenue operations with hands-on ownership of systems and processes
- Experience building RevOps functions in a fast-paced SaaS or equivalent environment
- Strong working knowledge of HubSpot and familiarity with various operational tools
- Analytical thinker with the ability to communicate insights clearly
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity with structured thinking and collaborative problem-solving
