Director of Sales Delivery

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Call Center Sales Delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Sales Delivery Portfolio Managers to enhance client performance and growth
• Design and implement a strategic vision for sales growth and compliance in Medicare sales activities
• Foster a culture of excellence and employee engagement while managing client campaigns and driving compliance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, or 4 years of equivalent experience
• 8+ years of experience managing a large inside-sales function (200+ team members)
• 5+ years of experience in Medicare/Marketplace sales or operations
• Deep knowledge of the healthcare industry and compliance regulations related to Medicare and Marketplace
• Experience with AI, Amazon Connect, and telephony solutions is preferred
