Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Site Reliability Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a globally-distributed team of Network SREs managing cloud network operations at scale
• Define, measure, and evolve SLOs to ensure service reliability aligns with customer experience
• Promote an automation-first culture and drive operational excellence across teams

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in engineering leadership roles within cloud providers or fast-growing technology organizations
• 5+ years of experience with complex network infrastructure and large-scale multi-tenant environments
• Experience leading software engineering or site reliability engineering teams
• Background in systems engineering, focusing on Linux and distributed systems
• Familiarity with observability tools and configuration management tools
