Job Summary

A company is looking for an ERP Architect specializing in PeopleSoft HCM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and conduct user acceptance and parallel testing for business processes, ensuring accuracy in statewide payroll processes
• Analyze current and future business processes, providing expertise and recommendations for enhancements during project sessions
• Identify risks associated with business process changes and manage tasks related to transitioning the Division to Florida PALM

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with systems implementation in PeopleSoft HCM
• Expertise in HCM and payroll business processes
• Strong project management skills, including risk identification and mitigation
• Ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders
• Proficiency in developing training materials and conducting knowledge transfer sessions
