Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Social Commerce (TikTok Shop & Creator Growth).
Key Responsibilities
- Launch and scale TikTok Shop, managing GMV, CAC, and contribution margin targets
- Build and lead a creator affiliate engine, recruiting and activating hundreds of TikTok creators
- Drive content and creative strategies, overseeing video production and performance analysis
Required Qualifications
- 3-6+ years in growth marketing, influencer/creator strategy, or affiliate marketing
- Deep understanding of TikTok Shop and creator marketing
- Proven experience in recruiting and managing a large number of creators
- Strong operational skills with a focus on organization and execution
- Data-driven mindset with a strong grasp of key performance metrics
