- Design and implement training programs and monitor their effectiveness
- Provide strategic oversight of training activities and ensure alignment with organizational goals
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field preferred
- Five years of management experience in a related position
- Two years of experience developing and conducting healthcare training
- Proficiency in Learning Management Systems and Microsoft Office
- Experience in the DME, Diabetic, or medical supplies industry is preferred
