A company is looking for a Director of Visual Brand to lead the development and execution of its visual identity across all marketing and communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the brand and corporate marketing visual identity across various mediums
- Provide creative direction and hands-on design expertise for marketing initiatives
- Mentor and grow a team of graphic designers while fostering a collaborative design culture
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in visual or brand design, with 5+ years in a senior or art director role
- Proven experience in building or evolving a brand identity system
- Experience leading and mentoring designers in a collaborative environment
- Deep expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and design systems
- Bonus if experienced with mission-driven organizations or the faith ecosystem
