Job Summary
A company is looking for an Employee Benefits Claims Team Leader for Disability and Absence Claims.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end claims process for disability and leave of absence products, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Foster strong client relationships to understand needs and resolve issues promptly
- Lead and develop high-performing internal claims teams, setting performance goals and providing mentorship
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Employee Benefits / Group Insurance Claims
- 3+ years of people leadership experience with strong team management skills
- Specific experience with Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability, and/or Paid/Unpaid Leaves
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Familiarity with technology and industry trends
