Job Summary
A company is looking for a Dispatch Supervisor for the 2nd Shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee a team of Dispatch Associates to ensure effective communication with members and service providers
- Handle escalated member interactions and ensure associates meet quality and safety goals
- Plan and monitor daily workflow, manage resources, and participate in team member selection and development
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years in a high-volume contact center or dispatch environment
- 5+ years of customer service experience
- 1+ year of supervisory or team lead experience in a contact center
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
