Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process for goods and services, ensuring compliance with federal acquisition regulations
- Utilize an inventory management system to process purchase orders and monitor stock levels
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and collaborate with internal stakeholders to support project needs
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- 3-5 years of Federal purchasing experience, including procurement file documentation for federal acquisitions
- At least 2 years' experience in a manufacturing environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Adobe Acrobat
- Ability to work independently and maintain a high level of accuracy in a high-volume environment
