Job Summary
A company is looking for an HTM Procurement Specialist in Clinical Engineering.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer service requests and inquiries through the CMMS work order system, including vendor management and scheduling
- Process HTM purchase requisitions into purchase orders and ensure compliance with supplier policies
- Enter invoices into the AP system, reconcile discrepancies, and compile reports as needed
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Five or more years of experience in a healthcare office environment
- Proficiency in using CMMS work order systems and invoicing applications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and customer service skills
