HTM Procurement Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an HTM Procurement Specialist in Clinical Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer service requests and inquiries through the CMMS work order system, including vendor management and scheduling
• Process HTM purchase requisitions into purchase orders and ensure compliance with supplier policies
• Enter invoices into the AP system, reconcile discrepancies, and compile reports as needed

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• Five or more years of experience in a healthcare office environment
• Proficiency in using CMMS work order systems and invoicing applications
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and customer service skills
