Job Summary
A company is looking for a Document Specialist to support land acquisition and stakeholder engagement projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the reception, review, assessment, processing, and handover of project records and drawings to ensure compliance with corporate policies
- Maintain logs and trackers for accurate project records status reports and compliance with client and regulatory requirements
- Assist in coordinating project teams and stakeholders to facilitate timely documentation handover and perform quality assurance checks on project records
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience in pipeline, oil and gas exploration, renewable energy, or electric transmission and distribution
- Preferred degree or diploma in Records or Information Management from a recognized post-secondary institution
- Understanding of regulatory documentation
- Proficiency in Microsoft products, including SharePoint, Excel, Word, and Power BI
- Experience in records management protocols and practices
