A company is looking for a Dynamics CRM Manager to lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of their Customer Relationship Management system.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions to align with business needs
- Lead system upgrades, performance optimization, and integrations with other enterprise applications
- Manage and mentor direct reports while ensuring security, compliance, and data integrity
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365 development
- Leadership experience in mentoring and managing direct reports
- Experience with source control management using Git/Azure DevOps
- US Citizenship is required
