IT Endpoint Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Endpoint Engineer to lead the provisioning, configuration, and security of user endpoints across various operating systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain zero-touch deployment workflows and manage endpoint lifecycle
• Align endpoints with security benchmarks and enforce compliance through policy-based remediation
• Automate provisioning and updates while optimizing workflows through scripting and integration with telemetry tools

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing enterprise macOS and Windows endpoints in a remote-first organization
• Proficiency with MDM/UEM platforms such as Jamf Pro or Microsoft Intune
• Experience with scripting languages for automation, including Bash, Python, or PowerShell
• Deep understanding of endpoint security best practices and compliance policies
• Familiarity with Zero Trust architectures and conditional access policies
