Job Summary
A company is looking for an Eclipse ERP Analyst to support their distribution client's Epicor Eclipse ERP system.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary support contact for accounting-related modules in Epicor Eclipse, including AR, AP, and GL
- Analyze, define, and document functional and technical requirements for enhancements, integrations, and process improvements
- Configure and test system changes and new features related to accounting and third-party integrations
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience supporting Epicor Eclipse ERP, specifically in a distribution environment
- Strong knowledge of accounting processes and modules: AR, AP, GL
- Experience with or exposure to third-party applications and integration points: Avalara, Billtrust, InterPayments, Conexiom, Worldpay
- Experience in requirements gathering, process documentation, testing, and user support
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions
