A company is looking for a Principal Cybersecurity Engineer to design, implement, and maintain advanced cybersecurity defenses across IT and operational technology environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of secure architectures for IT and OT systems, including network segmentation and data protection
- Conduct comprehensive cybersecurity risk assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity regulations and support regulatory audits and inspections
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- 10+ years of progressive experience in cybersecurity, particularly in enterprise and operational technology security
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in the nuclear energy industry or another highly regulated sector
- Deep expertise in cybersecurity frameworks and regulatory compliance
- Hands-on experience with security tools such as SIEM, EDR, and firewalls
