Job Summary

A company is looking for a Systems Analyst/Production Support Analyst to focus on production support for complex applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical, business, and operational support to team resources and contractors
• Monitor and troubleshoot application issues, ensuring timely responses and resolutions
• Identify system enhancements and process improvements to streamline operations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of related experience in systems analysis and production support
• Advanced knowledge of operating systems (e.g., AWS, Windows, UNIX) and programming languages (e.g., PL/SQL, Java, XML)
• Experience with databases such as DB2, MS SQL Server, and MS Access
• Experience with CMS systems and claim adjudication/payment processes
