Job Summary
A company is looking for a Principal ServiceNow Engineer to enhance their ServiceNow platform and service management practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and maintain ServiceNow code and architecture, ensuring overall code quality
- Provide daily administrative support, including troubleshooting and implementing bug fixes
- Develop and implement technical solutions and integrations within the ServiceNow platform
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow administration and development
- 5+ years of experience in IT Service Management process design
- ITIL foundation certification or equivalent ITSM certification
- ServiceNow System Admin Certification (CSA) and ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- Experience with ServiceNow integration solutions and core ITSM modules
