Key Responsibilities
- Define editorial standards and lead a cross-functional team in content creation and editing
- Create and execute go-to-market plans while managing relationships with distribution partners
- Oversee multimedia product development, including masterclasses and audiobooks
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Publishing, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 7+ years of senior editorial experience with P&L, sales, or distribution responsibilities
- Proven success in launching best-selling titles or premium learning products
- Deep knowledge of book sales channels and inventory logistics
- Proficiency with editorial software and strong project-management skills
