A company is looking for a Remote Emergency Roadside Telephone Responder.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer high volume incoming calls from members in need of roadside assistance, providing exceptional customer service
- Accurately input member information and utilize online mapping tools to determine breakdown locations
- Identify special handling situations and provide clear information on service details and estimated arrival times
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- One year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
- Stable, high-speed internet connection required
- Successful completion of a three-week virtual training class
- Ability to work weekends, overtime, and holidays as needed
