Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the Internal Communications and Culture strategy to enhance employee engagement
- Create and execute strategies for internal programming, including events and product launches
- Collaborate with senior leaders to develop communications plans and innovative engagement campaigns
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in internal and/or external communications, preferably in tech or a communications agency
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with cross-functional partners and senior leaders
- Self-starter capable of developing and executing communication plans independently
- Experience in creating company-wide content and campaigns with a creative approach
- Positive attitude, curiosity, and a growth mindset
