Key Responsibilities
- Manage, develop, and evaluate contact center staff, including supervisors and team leads
- Monitor and report on hiring, performance management, coaching, and career development
- Prepare and manage the call center budget while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited institution
- Five or more years of experience in business operations, administration, or related areas
- Experience managing payment workflows for sensitive populations
- Solid understanding of the contact center industry and relevant metrics
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with project management tools is a plus
