A company is looking for an Employer Sales & Account Manager for a 12-month contract term, fully remote in Canada.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, including outreach, lead generation, and onboarding
- Guide employers through project development and assist in publishing high-quality projects
- Conduct proactive check-ins with employers to ensure engagement and track project outcomes
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management
- Proven track record of achieving acquisition and revenue targets
- Experience with CRM tools, preferably HubSpot
- Ability to manage high-volume pipelines while maintaining quality interactions
- Passion for work-integrated learning and connecting businesses with student talent
