Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the single point of contact for client engagements
- Lead the project team throughout the delivery process, managing scope, schedule, and budget
- Identify gaps in solution delivery and propose solutions while mentoring team members
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a professional services organization with consulting experience
- Experience working on ServiceNow projects is required
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- ITIL V3 or V4 Foundations Certification is preferred
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification is preferred
