Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager for Developer Experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the DevEx team to enhance software delivery processes through collaboration and automation
• Define and implement tools and standards for building, deploying, and testing software features
• Manage team performance, provide coaching, and facilitate professional development opportunities

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in DevOps, Release Engineering, and/or Automation
• 5+ years in a leadership role such as senior developer, team lead, or engineering manager
• Hands-on experience with deployment, version control, and automation tools, particularly CI/CD technologies
• Experience with container orchestration technologies like Kubernetes and Docker
• Proficient in programming and scripting languages, such as Python or Go
