Job Summary

• Lead and develop a team of 4-6 engineers, providing mentorship and career growth opportunities
• Collaborate with engineering teams to advocate for architectural decisions and remove blockers
• Foster a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement while communicating progress to leadership

Required Qualifications

• Experience shipping LLM-powered products, with bonus points for autonomous agents experience
• Ability to make informed technical decisions balancing architecture and pragmatism
• Experience in championing frequent deployments and implementing lightweight processes
• Proven ability to build relationships across teams and influence technical decisions
• Hands-on experience in code review and providing feedback to improve code quality
