Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the VP of Engineering to develop and execute the frontend engineering strategy
• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of full stack engineers to enhance user experiences
• Own the frontend function, ensuring alignment with company objectives and optimizing software architecture

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in frontend development with expertise in modern web technologies
• Hands-on experience in designing and building scalable, high-quality customer-facing software
• At least 2+ years of experience managing a team of 5+ engineers
• Proven experience in people management and mentorship
• Experience in a product-led growth environment is a strong plus
