Senior Developer Relations Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Developer Relations Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and tools to partners for building integrations with Frame.io V4
• Offer troubleshooting and support for partners
• Lead developer programs and collaborate with the Developer Platform team on API documentation and improvements

Required Qualifications

• Knowledge of post-production technologies, software, and standards
• Experience with REST APIs and common scripting/query languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, SQL)
• Familiarity with web and cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, OAuth)
• Ability to work independently with a positive attitude
• Technical troubleshooting skills and excellent customer service abilities
