Job Summary

A company is looking for an Integrations Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the development lifecycle of third-party integrations and troubleshoot SSO and authentication-related issues
• Manage multiple integration work streams and bridge communication between engineering and non-technical functions
• Own product adoption metrics related to integrations and document best practices for onboarding

Required Qualifications

• Proficient technical background in APIs, databases, and enterprise configuration management
• Proven project management experience with multiple stakeholders across time zones
• Customer-facing experience with a resilient troubleshooting mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in querying data and building dashboards
