Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Mainframe Systems Programmer- Automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design automation solutions for various platforms using system knowledge and project management skills
• Engineer solutions that align tool capabilities with business requirements to enhance client experience
• Assess existing tools' performance to identify gaps and opportunities for proactive issue detection

Required Qualifications

• BS Degree in computer science or related field and 10+ years of development experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience with Netview, System Automation, and GDPS is a plus
• Passion for creating quality solutions and improving tool performance through automation
• Curiosity and a strong desire to learn and solve complex problems
• Experience with mainframe operating systems and their sub-components, such as z/OS and MVS
