Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager for the Member Experience API Platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team in building and evolving the core API platform for member discovery and interaction
• Drive the architecture, design, and execution of scalable API services
• Develop a strategic roadmap for API platform evolution and define success metrics

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience leading backend or platform engineering teams
• Deep technical knowledge in high-traffic, resilient API platforms
• Experience with schema-driven API development and service migration strategies
• BS in Computer Science/Engineering or a related discipline
• Proven track record of hiring and mentoring diverse engineering teams
