Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 7+ years of experience in SRE or related roles, including 4+ years in a leadership capacity
• Proven success in leading technical teams in SaaS or cloud-native environments
• Deep understanding of SRE principles and hands-on experience with observability platforms
• Advanced knowledge of cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software delivery
