Lead DevOps Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead DevOps Engineer with a focus on Kubernetes orchestration and cloud-native technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of scalable Kubernetes-based infrastructure
• Architect and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, deployment, and monitoring of microservices
• Collaborate with teams to build resilient and secure cloud-native solutions while managing and mentoring a team of DevOps engineers

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering
• 4+ years of hands-on Kubernetes experience in a production-grade environment
• Deep knowledge of Docker, Helm, and Kubernetes components
• Strong proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools and CI/CD tools
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
