Engineering Manager - Cloud Modernization

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager for Cloud Modernization and Data Integration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary engineering team in delivering cloud modernization and data integration solutions
• Own technical oversight of Azure cloud-native data pipelines, ensuring scalability, security, and high availability
• Guide the development of ETL workflows and manage the end-to-end software development lifecycle

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of engineering experience in cloud and data platform development
• 3+ years of experience managing or leading engineering teams in a cloud modernization context
• Expert-level experience with Azure cloud native services, including Data Factory and Databricks
• Hands-on background in ETL pipeline development and data processing
• Deep understanding of CI/CD, IaC, and DevOps practices for cloud platforms
