Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's preferred
• 7+ years' experience in an engineering role, with 3+ years in a leadership position
• Proficiency in PHP/Symfony, React JS, WordPress, and AWS
• Experience managing multi-team environments and strong technical foundation in systems architecture
• Deep knowledge of Agile, DevOps, and modern development best practices
