A company is looking for an Enrollment Training Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct call reviews, document feedback, and deliver performance feedback to staff
- Train Enrollment Coaches and Associates on various enrollment and coaching strategies
- Identify call trends and communicate findings to the leadership team for training improvements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience and education
- 3+ years of relevant experience in training within a call center or higher education environment
- Experience managing complex projects and communicating across various organizational groups
- Experience delivering training sessions is preferred
- Experience in admissions or sales is a plus
