- Manage the full sales cycle from qualification to close, partnering with VP and C-Level leaders
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions while serving as a trusted advisor
- Deliver accurate sales forecasts and maintain a pipeline to consistently exceed targets
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of SaaS Account Executive experience with a track record of exceeding quotas
- Experience navigating complex organizational structures and creating internal champions
- Natural curiosity about behavioral health and its impact on organizations
- Experience running the complete sales cycle, including strong negotiation abilities
- BA/BS degree or higher
